DESIGNING FORM AND FUNCTION
The architecture of Edgar & Bellman is defined by restraint, proportion and clarity of form. Designed by Megowan Architectural, the seven residences are carefully composed to sit comfortably within the rhythm of the surrounding Glen Iris streetscape.
Softened curves and layered elements introduce a subtle fluidity to the facade, balancing structure with warmth. Landscaped entry points further articulate the homes, creating a sense of arrival while maintaining a residential scale that feels both considered and timeless.
“The design of Edgar & Bellman is intended to feel effortless, but that ease is the product of careful resolution and lessons refined over many years. Northern light, storage, outlook, privacy, garden and movement have all been considered in detail, so the home simply works, generously and almost invisibly.”
